Millhouse Equestrian Centre

Millhouse Equestrian Centre is located on the outskirts of the village, 3 miles from Sedgefield and approximately 20 minutes from Durham, Darlington and Stockton and with easy access from the A1M and A19.
The Centre is a fully licensed and insured riding establishment, which opened its doors to the public in August 1999.

The aim of the centre is to offer a friendly, yet professional service for the surrounding community, there is ample parking and easy access to the centre from the main road.

The riding school offers training for all levels of ability starting with absolute beginners from the age of five to the more advanced rider wishing to improve their skills. The school has the benefits of both an outdoor and indoor arena, with jumps, and is minutes away from the extensive bridle ways.
It is planned in the near future to improve the facilities with the addition of a cross-country course.

The tack shop offers a wide range of goods and equipment for all your equestrian needs and any goods that are not available from stock can be ordered and are usually available within a couple of days.
Full and DIY livery facilities are offered as and when available. It is planned to increase the number of stables available for this use as soon as possible.
